ProJet DP3000 materials

The ProJet DP 3000 utilizes two materials to produce models and casting patterns from the printer:

VisiJet DP100 Build Material is the material used with the ProJet DP 3000 dental printer from 3D Systems to produce the actual model (or casting pattern) in this case. VisiJet build materials are a rigid, durable translucent natural, gray or blue material that provides superior stiffness compared to other VisiJet materials.

VisiJet S100 Support material is the material is used to provide support to the model during the build process, and is removed after the build process. Support material offering hands-free, melt-away supports for easy removal from even the smallest, most delicate dental features without damage.

Material cartridges are easily installed and removed through front-loading doors. Clean packaged cartridges and standard power requirements are perfect for all office or other environments.

  • VisiJet® LD100 plastics - VisiJet® LD 100 Material Kit includes a VisiJet® LD 100 material roll - a tough, durable engineered thermoplastic in roll stock form, as well as glue and masking fluid required by the InVision® LD 3-D modeler to produce rugged concept and communication models. Visijet® LD plastics are available in amber, red, black, cream and sky blue.
